      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Raudkapital OÜ on asutatud 18.02.2011.a. 2013 tegevust ei toimunud. Alates 01.05.2014 on Raudkapital OÜ jälle tegevuses ja käibemaksukohustuslane.

      Raudkapital OÜ tegeles kuni 2019.aastani metsamajandust abistavate tegevustega, EMTAK kood 02401. Tegevused olid metsas puidu ülestöötamine, raietegevus, laudade saagimine, ehitustegevus. Firma käsutuses on mootorsaag, ketassaeraam, generaator, ehitustööriistad, mis kuuluvad omanikule eraisikuna (ei olnud ettevõtte bilanssi varana võetud).

      2020.a. muutis ettevõtte ärimudelit ja hakkas tegelema kalapüügiga. 2020.a. õppis ettevõtte omanik Kaido Raud Järvamaa

      Kutsehariduskeskuses kalakasvataja erialal ja käis praktikal 1.01.2020-14.08.2020 ettevõttes Neli Elementi OÜ. Omanikul on rannakaluri kutsetunnistus (Eesti Kalurite Liit).

      Alates 2020.a. tegeleb ettevõte kalapüügiga Läänemerel. Raudkapital OÜ omab kaluri kalapüügilubasid Omanikul Kaido Raual on kalapüügiregistris arvel kalalaev SMA-135 (ei ole ettevõtte bilanssi varana võetud).

      28.03.2023 ostis ettevõte ajaloolise püügiõiguse, mis on arvel immatrikulaarse põhivarana. 7.06.2023.a. ostis ettevõte mootorpaadi (registreeritud).

      2024.a. tegeles ettevõte kalapüügiga Läänemerel
