      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Sortex on asutatud veebruaris 2011, põhitegevuseks on teede ja tönavate hoolduse ja remondi tööde pakkumine.

      Ettevõte on traditsioonilist tegevust jätkanud juba kolmteist aastat ning positsioon Ida-Virumaa turul on tugevnenud.

      2024. aastal jätkas ettevõte oma traditsioonilist tegevust põhimiselt tööprojektite koostamise osas.

      2024. aastal oli teenuste maht ei ole palju suurem kui eelmisel aastal ja moodustas 42 tuh. eurot (2023:37).

      2024. aasta äritulemus - kasum 12,6 tuh. eurot (2023: 12,1).

      Osaühingu tootlus on püsinud juba mitu aastat ligikaudu samal tasemel, näiteks viimase viie aasta (2020-2024) müügikäive ja kasum olid (tuh.eurot): käive 55,1 47,2 64,7 37,0 42,0 kasum 13,2 10,2 9,7 12,1 12,6

      Ka järgmisel aruandeaastal olulisi muudatusi plaanis ei ole. Selle põhjuseks on samuti Ida-Virumaa ärituru tingimused.

      Osaühingu juhatus koosneb ühest liikmest. 2024. aastal tasuti juhatusele töövõtulepingu alusel (info aruande lisas 8).
