      Tegevusaruanne 2022

      DTD Logistics Group OÜ põhitegevusalaks on rahvusvaheliste kaubavedude ekspedeerimine.

      24.02.2022 alanud Vene-Ukraina sõda ning seejärel Venemaale kehtestatud sanktsioonid avaldasid mõju DTD Logistics Group OÜ äritegevusele. Tulenevalt Venemaale kehtestatud sanktsioonidest on 2022. a kadus teenuste käive.

      2023. majandusaastal on äriühingu tegevuseesmärkideks on äritegevuse ümberkorraldamine, müügitulude ning ärikasumi suurendamine.

      2022 a. omakapital langes alla nõutud määra, juhtkond on olukorrast tedlik ning taastab omakapitali kasumi arvelt 2023 aastal.
