      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      EOC Energy OÜ loodi koostööprojektide elluviimiseks päikeseenergia tootmise valdkonnas. Koos Unimere Group OÜ-ga asutati Unimere

      Estonia OÜ aastal 2023. Ettevõtte eesmärgiks on EOC Energy OÜ välja pakutud kinnistutele päikeseelektrijaamade (PEJ) rajamine.

      PEJ arendus algab kohalikust omavalitsusest (KOV) projekteerimistingimuste taotlemise või detailplaneeringu algatamisega. Pärast seda saab arendus hakata taotlema elektrivõrguga liitumist. Aastal 2022 alustati 12 KOV läbirääkimisi PEJ asutamiseks nende territooriumitele, mis jätkus lõppenud majandusaastal.

      Aastal 2024 teises pooles on planeeritud alustada esimese PEJ rajamisega läbi Unimere Estonia OÜ.

      EOC Energy OÜ reaalset majandustegevust 2023 aastal ei toimunud.
