The Company Story

We help apartment cooperatives, real estate owners and commercial customers to keep the buildings in order and the management tasks are simple and reasonably manageable. We are a practical and trustworthy partner, addressed both in everyday operations and in more complex management and maintenance issues.

The daily lives of many cooperatives and owners are influenced by administrative burdens, demanding accounting, repeated maintenance and cleaning work and unexpected technical failures, which are often difficult to solve quickly without special support. Limited internal resources or legal and technical issues often lead to uncertainty and time-consuming.
