      Põhitegevusala

      Akatrans Eesti OÜ peamiseks tegevusalaks on transpordi teenuste osutamine.

      Tegevusala EMTAK-I järgi 49411.

      Ülevaade olulistest sündmustest majandusaastal 2024.aastal jätkasime sama tegevusala.

      Tähelepanu pöörati eelkõige äritegevuse kindlustamisele praegustel turgudel.

      2024. aastal majandustegevust iseloomustas realisatsioonimahu stabiliseerimine.

      2024.aastal moodustas müügitulu 3670385 euro, mis on 6.9 % vähem kui 2023.aastal.

      100 % müügitulust olid teenused Eestis.

      Personal 2024.aastal keskmine töötajate arv oli 39 inimest. 2025. aastal kavandatakse autojuhtide arvu suurendamine.

      Juhatus koosneb kahest liikmest.

      2024. aastal juhatuse liikmetele makseid ei tehtud.

      2024.aastal maksti välja dividendid summas 347002,70 eurot.

      Investeeringud majandusaastal

      Aruandeaastal investeeringuid pole teostatud ning ei planeerita järgmisel aastal.

      Valuutakursside ja intressimäärade muutumise risk

      Oma igapäevases tegevuses puutub ettevõtte erinevate riskidega, mille juhtimine on oluline ning lahutamatu osa ettevõtte äritegevusest. Peamisteks riskifaktoriteks on tururisk (sh valuutarisk, krediidirisk ja intressirisk).

      Tehingud tarnijate ja klientidega toimuvad peamiselt eurodes, mis tõttu on valuutakursi risk madal.

      Teisi riski, nagu intressimäärade ja börsikursside muutumisega seonduvaid riske ei ole avaldanud olulisema mõju ettevõtte äritegevusele.

      Sündmused pärast aruandekuupäeva 2024 a. majandusaasta aruande koostamisel olulisi sündmusi ei olnud.
