      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      ELEGAS OÜ (edaspidi osaühing) on uus NORDSCRAP OÜ nimi. Ettevõtte asutatud aastal 2011. ja põhitegevuse eesmärkideks olid vanametalli kokkuostmine, jäätmete vedu ja heakorra-haljastus teenuse pakuva ettevõtte loomist. Osaühingu majandusaasta on 01.jaanuarist kuni 31.detsember.

      OÜ-l ELEGAS 2011. -2019. aastatel netokäivet ei olnud, sest ELEGAS OÜ tegeles jäätmete käitlemis litsensi saamisega.

      2021. aastal netokäive on 26957 EUR, 2022. aastal netokäive on 16 740 EUR, 2023. aastal 65380 EUR.

      Järgmiste aastate jooksul on planeeritud ettevõte arendus, kasutades osanike ning pankade finanseerimist.

      Möödunud aastal ettevõttes oli neli töölist. Osaühingul on kaks juhatuse liiget.

      Juhatuse liikmete tasu 2023.aastal ei makstud.

      Ettevõte juhtkond pidevalt jälgib Eesti majandus kasvu/langust ning arvestab prognoseerivate langusega.
