      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      OÜ Koduabiline põhitegevuseks on raamatupidamistegevus. Aruandeaastal väljamakseid juhatuse liikmele ei tehtud. Seisuga 31.12.2025 oli osaühingu omakapital väiksem kui pool osakapitalist. Ettevõtte tegevust mõjutab käimasolev kohtumenetlus, mille tulemus võib oluliselt mõjutada ettevõtte edasist finantsseisundit. Pärast kohtumenetluse lõppemist hindab juhatus olukorda ning vajadusel rakendab meetmeid omakapitali vastavusse viimiseks seadusest tulenevate nõuetega.
