      Üldinfo

      Smirline OÜ on Lääne-Virumaal asuv väikeettevõtja, mille algseks põhitegevusalaks on ajutise tööjõu rendi osutamine (EMTAK 78201).

      Ettevõtja alustas tegevust 2011. aasta augustist. 2016. aastal osutati kõrvaltegevusena ka hoonete remontteenuseid (EMTAK 43999), mis alates 2017. aastast on moodustanud juba kogu müügikäibe.

      Äritegevuse ülevaade.

      2024.aastal oli Smirline OÜ müügitulu 37 077 eurot (2023.a 86 007 eurot). Ettevõtja 2024.aasta puhaskahjum oli -16 347 eurot (2023.a puhaskasum 24 022 eurot). Müügikäibe kahekordne vähenemine võrreldes eelmise aastaga on taaskord tulemuseks toonud 2024.aasta lõpuks päris tuntava miinuse.

      Osakapitali sissemakse summas 2 500 eurot on tasutud.

      2015. aastal avaldas osanik soovi saada ettevõttest dividende summas 20 000 eurot, millest 2020. aastal väljamakseid ei tehtud, 2017.aastal maksti välja 5 000 eurot. 2024.aastal dividende ei makstud.

      2025. aastal tegeleb ettevõtja ehitusturu arendamisega ning muude lisategevusalade leidmisega.
