Introduction

The main activity of LV Metall OÜ is the production and installation of glass-aluminum openings (windows, doors, glass facades, glass partitions, sliding and folding doors). The production uses aluminum profile systems SCHÜCO and SAPA, the doors and windows made of which are suitable for both indoor and outdoor conditions.

LV Metall OÜ is certified by RISE and KIWA to produce SAPA and SCHÜCO fire doors, windows and facades in fire classes EI30, EI60.

In 2022, the sales revenue of LV Metall OÜ was 6,166,651 euros. 100% of the sales revenue was made up of the sale of glass-aluminum openings. Geographically, the share of domestic customers was 19% and the share of foreign customers was 81% (2021: sales revenue 5,125,838 euros, 98.6% sale of glass-aluminum openings and 1.4% sale of steel doors and showcases, geographical share of customers domestic 19% and foreign 81%).

The total volume of the company's investments in fixed assets in 2022 was 21,606 euros (2021: 227,728 euros).

The investments were mainly related to the company's goal to increase productivity and production capacity. The company's depreciation and decrease in value of fixed assets in 2022 amounted to 74,518 euros (2021: 67,736 euros).

The company continues to operate in its main field of activity and we strive to maintain the same sales volume in the following difficult years in construction. The company increases the share of domestic work and we plan to increase sales volume in the Norwegian market.
