      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Canis Lupus asutati 19.10.2011. aastal, kuid reaalse majandustegevusega alustas ettevõte 2012. alguses, kui alustati erinevate müügitehingute ja teenuste vahendamist ning nõustamist. Lisaks alustasime ettevalmistusi tulevikus Läänemaal turismitalu rajamiseks, sõlmides selleks tasuta kasutamise lepingu 4-le kinnistule Nõmme külas, Ridala vallas, Läänemaal. Ettevõte asus nimetatud kinnistuid haldama ja soetas selleks ka vajalikke seadmeid. Aastate jooksul on ettevõte soetanud kinnistuid veel lisaks Saaremaal ja Vormsi saarel Läänemaal.

      2024. aastal jätkas OÜ Canis Lupus vahendus- ja nõustamisteenuste osutamist, kuid senisest suuremat tähelepanu pöörasime meie valduses olevate kinnisasjade valitsemisele. Müüsime Võrumaa kinnistu, sest see ei mahtunud enam meie plaanidesse ja saime sobiva pakkumise.

      Ka 2025. aastal jätkab OÜ Canis Lupus kinnisasjade valitsemist ning nende majandamist. Sobiva hinna korral soovime soetada täiendavaid kinniasju, et meie sellealast tegevust suurendada.
