      Sissejuhatus

      Evelini Moesalong OÜ on asutatud 2011.aastal eesmärgia saada Tartu linnas individuaalõmblusteenust pakkuvate ettevõtete ja seda teenust kasutavate klientide hulgas tunnustatud ning toodete/teenuste kõrgetasemelisuse tõttu nõutud ettevõtteks.

      Ühingu põhitegevusalaks on naiste kerg- ja ülerõivaste õmblemine, rõivaste parandus ning stiliseerimine.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum

      Lõppenud majandusaastal oli ettevõte netokäive 23139 eurot. Ühingu juhatuse poolt majandusaastaks planeeritud eesmärgid saavutati.

      Personal

      Aruandeperioodil oli ettevõttel üks põhikohaga töötaja. Ettevõtte tegevjuhi ülesandeid täidab igapäevaselt juhataja. Ühingu palgakulude koondsumma oli aruandeaastal 10249 eurot.

      Investeeringud

      Aruandeaastal põhivaradesse investeeringuid ei tehtud. Tulevasel majandusaastal on plaanis investeerida tootmiseks ja konkurentsivõime säilitamiseks vajalikesse seadmetesse 2500-3000 euro ulatuses.

      Ettevõtja ei oma väljastatud garantiisid ja potentsiaalseid kohustusi, mida ei ole kajastatud antud majandusaasta aruandes.

      Uurimis- ja arendusprojektid

      Ühingul ei ole käimas ega plaanitud lähiaastatele olulise mahukusega teaduslikke uurimis- ega arendusprojekte, mida ei oleks kajastatud käesolevas majandusaasta aruandes.

      Evelini Moesalong on juhatuse hinnangul endiselt tegutsev majandusüksus.
