      Sissejuhatus

      Premium Design OÜ on spetsialiseerunud pinglagede paigaldamisele. Ettevõtte põhitegevusala on siseviimistlustööd (EMTAK 43351). Lisaks pakub ettevõte ka sisustusega seotud tooteid ja teenuseid, sh valgustite müük, disainiteenus ning väiksemas mahus ehitusmaterjalide ja tapeetide müük.

      Tulud ja kasum aastal moodustas Premium Design OÜ müügitulu 187 911 eurot, mis on 37% rohkem võrreldes 2023. aastaga (137 465 eurot).

      Aruandeaasta puhaskasum oli 1195 eurot.

      Müügitulu kasvu toetas pinglagede paigaldustööde mahu suurenemine ning lisateenuste (nt valgustite müük ja disainiteenus) pakkumine.

      Muud äritulud moodustasid 2 114 eurot.

      Personal

      Ettevõttes töötas 2024. aasta jooksul 3 töötajat.

      Ettevõtte juhatus koosnes ühest liikmest. Aruandeperioodil juhatusele töötasu ei makstud.

      Netovara ja finantsseis

      Aasta lõpu seisuga olid ettevõtte varad kokku 77 599 eurot, millest käibevarad moodustasid 53 442 eurot ja põhivarad 24 157 eurot.

      Ettevõtte kohustised olid kokku 25 860 eurot ja omakapital 51 739 eurot.

      Netovara vastab Äriseadustikus sätestatud nõuetele ning ettevõtte rahaline seis on stabiilne – aasta lõpuks oli rahajääk 15 127 eurot.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      Premium Design OÜ eesmärgiks on jätkata spetsialiseerumist pinglagede paigaldusele, kasvatada tellimuste mahtu ning tõsta tööprotsesside efektiivsust. Ettevõte keskendub teenuse kvaliteedi hoidmisele, uute klientide kaasamisele ja kulude optimeerimisele, et parandada kasumlikkust ja turupositsiooni.
