      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Puka-Risti tegeleb põllumajandussaaduste tootmise,ostu ja müügiga. Põhiliseks tegevusalaks EMTAK koodi järgi on teravilja ja lihaveiste kasvatamine ja müümine. 2020.aastal oli ettevõtte müügitulu 15054 eurot aga kuna ehitati teraviljakuivatit siis tekkis ettevõttel kahjum 23459 eurot. Osaühing on jätkuvalt tegutsev ettevõte.

      OÜ tegeleb põllumajandussaaduste tootmise ja müügiga kuid 2021 aastal saaki ei õnnestunud koristada. OÜ juhatuse liige T.Tiirmaa-Sarap tegeles 2021 aasta algusest kuni 31.08.2021 niinimetatud ehitusalase tegevuse ja materjalide müügiga, mille tulemusena tekkis ettevõttel kahjum 52536 eurot. OÜ on jätkuvalt tegutsev ettevõte.

      2022.aastal müügitulu ei saadud,saadi muid äritulusid. OÜ omakapital on miinuses ja esialgul pole võimalik midagi teha aga hiljem plaanitakse müüa põhivara et likvideerida võlad ja viia omakapital seadusega kooskõlla.

      2023.aastal müügitulu pole,kahjum 8159 eurot ja Juhatuse liige hakkab isiklikust rahast likvideerima maksuameti võlga vastavalt kohtutäituriga sõlmitud kokkuleppele.
