      Sissejuhatus

      OÜ RNB alustas oma tegevust 18. Jaanuaril 2012.

      OÜ RNB tegeleb muusikalise teenuse pakkumisega.

      Antud ettevõtte omanik on Rene Puura.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 01.01.2024 kuni 31.12.2024 moodustas OÜ RNB müügitulu 281 092 eurot. Müügitulust moodustas 100% teenuse müük. OÜ RNB müügitulust moodustas 100% müük Eestisse.

      OÜ RNB kahjumiks kujunes 21 625 eurot.

      Valuutakursside ja intressimäärade muutumise risk

      Tehingud tarnijate ja klientidega toimuvad eurodes, mistõttu valuutakursi risk puudub.

      Personal

      OÜ RNB palgalist tööjõudu ei ole, kogu töö tehakse omaniku ja juhatuse liikme poolt.

      Ettevõtte juhatusele maksti töötasus. Juhatuse liikmetele nendega lepingu lõpetamise korral hüvitist ei maksta.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      OÜ RNB põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal on firma turupositsiooni säilitamine ja kindlustamine. Seoses ettevõtte pideva kasvamisega on plaanis suurendada investeeringuid põhivarasse. Juhtkonna üheks prioriteediks on jätkuvalt teenuse pakkumise efektiivsuse suurendamine läbi teenuseprotsessi kvaliteetsemaks muutmise ning investeerides jätkuvalt artisti imago kujundamisse, et püsida endiselt konkurentsivõimelisena.
