      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Edutex Grupp OÜ on asutatud 2012. aastal. Ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on kangaste, kodutekstiili ja õmblustarvete hulgimüük.

      2025. aastal toimus ettevõttes omanikevahetus, mis mõjutas oluliselt ettevõtte majandustegevust. Muudatustega kaasnenud ümberkorralduste tõttu lõpetas ettevõte majandusaasta kahjumiga summas 72 622 eurot. Ettevõtte müügitulu oli 2025. aastal 140 243 eurot.

      Juhtkonna eesmärk on järgneval majandusaastal stabiliseerida ettevõtte tegevus, suurendada müügitulu ning taastada kasumlikkus. Selleks keskendutakse tegevusprotsesside tõhustamisele, kliendibaasi kasvatamisele ja ettevõtte konkurentsivõime parandamisele.

      Ettevõttel oli aruandeaastal üks juhatuse liige, kellele juhatuse liikme tasu ei arvestatud ega makstud.
