      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Meistrite kool OÜ asutati 25.01.2012. aastal. 2022. aastal toimus Meistrite Kool OÜ ühinemine ettevõttega Aalja Arendused OÜ, mille tulemusel suurendati osakapitali ja lisandus väärtuslik kompetents erinevate sündmuste korraldamiseks, toitlustuse- ja majutusteenuse osutamiseks, laiemalt võttes külaliste vastuvõtuks ning neile erinevate teenuste pakkumiseks.

      Meistrite Kool OÜ tegevust juhib kaheliikmeline juhatus.

      2021. aasta suvel alustati Lämmijärve kaldal, miljööväärtuslikus piirkonnas ja Peipsi järve kõrgeima tuletorni vahetus läheduses asuva Järve 8 kinnistu taaselustamise ning rekonstrueerimisega, et arendada välja heaolu-, turismi- ja täiendõppekeskus.

      2023. aastal lõpetas Meistrite Kool OÜ põhilises osas rekonstrueerimistööd heaolukeskuses Freiberg Haus Järve 8, Mehikoormas. Uuendatud sai koduleht www.freiberghaus.ee ning lõppjärku jõudsid ettevalmistused uute täiendõppe programmide väljatöötamisel ning toitlustuse ja majutusega seotud tegevustega alustamiseks.

      2023. aasta müügitulu oli 30 967 eurot ja aruandeaasta kasum oli 17 678 eurot.

      Aastal 2024 on eesmärk lõpetada kõik põhilised ettevalmistused heaolukeskuse käivitamiseks. Saada keskusele ametlik kasutusluba ning alustada testimistega nii toitlustuse kui majutuse ja uuendatud täiendõppe programmidega nende parimaks kasutuselevõtuks ning sobiliku klientuuri väljaselgitamiseks.

      Üldeesmärgid 2030: (cid:127) Meistrite Kool kujundab Freiberg Haus'ist hea mainega heaolu-, turismi- ja täiendõppekeskuse.

      (cid:127) Meistrite Kool väärtustab kohalikku pärimuskultuuri ning looduse elurikkust, töötab välja piirkonna külastajaid kõnetavaid programme, taaselustab traditsioone.

      (cid:127) Meistrite Kool teeb Mehikoorma kui täiendõppe ja turismisihtkoha nähtavaks rahvusvahelisel tasandil.

      (cid:127) Meistrite Kool arendab koostööd kohapealse kogukonna, ettevõtete ning vabaühendustega.

      (cid:127) Meistrite Kool arendab välja kodumajutuse võrgustiku, aitab kaasa Järve tänavast ja sadamasse suunduvast teest Lämmijärve promenaadi kujundamisele.
