      Sissejuhatus

      Hansatech OÜ registreeriti 27.veebruaril 2012. aastal.

      Ettevõtte põhitegevusaladeks aruandeaastal ja 2024 on: (cid:127) vanametalli kokkuost ja selle ümbertöötlemine - EMTAK-kood 38321; (cid:127) elamute- ja mitteeluhoonete ehitus - EMTAK-kood 41201; (cid:127) kinnisvara üürileandmine ja käitus - EMTAK-kood 68201.

      2024. aastal jätkab ettevõte oma traditsioonilise äritegevusega.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum

      Aruandeaastal moodustas Hansatech OÜ müügitulu 38 446 (2022 : 54 261) eurot.

      Ettevõtte ärikahjumiks kujunes --15 951 (2022 : -3 674) eurot ja puhaskasumiks jäi -9 356 (2022 : -1 993) eurot.

      Investeeringud

      Aruandeaastal investeeriti põhivaradesse 50 200 (2022 : 5 201) eurot ja teostati kinnisvara investeeringuid summas 21 212 (2022 : 116 326) eurot.

      2024. aastaks on investeeringuid planeeritud 50 000 eurot.

      Uurimis- ja arendustegevuse kulusid aruandeaastal ei esinenud ja 2024. aastaks ei ole samuti planeeritud.

      Personal

      Ettevõttes oli aruandeaastal keskmine töötajate arv 1 (2022 : 2). Kogu tööjõukulu kokku oli 11 960 (2022 : 35 450) eurot.

      Ettevõtte juhatuses on 1 liige. Juhatuse liikmele aruandeaastal tasu ei makstud. Juhatuse liikmele lepingu lõpetamise korral hüvitist ei maksta.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastal

      Hansatech OÜ põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal on jätkata pooleliolevate ehitusprojektidega.
