      ETTEVÕTTE LÜHIISELOOMUSTUS

      Vertelson Consulting OÜ on konsultatsioonifirma, mis pakub äri- ja juhtimisalast nõustamist ning finantsalaseid nõustamise ja läbirääkimiste teenuseid kapitali kaasamisel ja ettevõtete ostu-, müügi- jmt. tehingute teostamisel.

      Ettevõttes oli 2023.a. majandusaastal kaks osalise tööajaga töötajat.

      Ettevõte asub Eestis, kuid osutab teenuseid ka teistele Euroopa Liidus tegutsevatele ettevõtetele. 2023.a. muutis ettevõte strateegiat, keskendudes rohkem kohalike klientide ja tehingute nõustamisesele. Vaatamata ettevõtte juhtiva eksperdi eemalolekule enamuse 2023.a.

      majandusaastast, suutis ettevõte käibe suures säilitada, sh varasemates perioodides teostatud tehingunõustamise tulemustasude kandumisele 2023.a. majandusaastasse.

      2023.a. teenis ettevõte 4'168 EUR tegevuskahjumit. Tütarettevõtte ühekordse finantskasumi tõttu (kapitaliosaluse meetodil) kujunes puhaskasumiks 127'560 EUR.
