      Raekoja OÜ asutati 19.aprillil 2012.a.

      Ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on toitlustusteenuse pakkumine.

      2014.a. lõpust rentis Raekoja OÜ kohvik Laure ruume Pärnus Lille tänaval Aide Ärikeskuses, kuid alates 2020.a. oktoobrist loobus ettevõte kohvikust seoses eriolukorraga. Ettevõte tegutseb atesteeritud koduköögis ja pakub kondiitritooteid ning cateringi teenust.

      2024.aastal püüab ettevõte igati laiendada pakutavate kondiitritoodete valikut.

      2024.aastal on eesmärgiks leida uusi väljundeid ja laiendada kliendibaasi.
