      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Osaühing Vinkymon on asutatud 2012. aastal. Ettevõtte põhitegevusala on muu puu- ja köögivilja töötlemine ja säilitamine.

      Ettevõtte kõige olulisemaks toormeks on ebaküdoonia ja küüslauk, millest valmistatakse kõrge lisandväärtusega tooteid teistele tööstustele, kui ka lõpptarbijale.

      Osaühing Vinkymon eesmärgiks on valmistada kvaliteetset toodangut, selle nimel investeeritakse effektiivsematesse masinatesse, automaatikasse ja toodete kvaliteedikontrolli.

      Osaühing Vinkymon alustas 2025. aastal rahvusvahelise toiduohutuse ja kvaliteedistandardi IFS sertifikaadi taotlemist.

      Osaühing Vinkymon müüb oma toodangut peamiselt Eestis - 2025. aastal õnnestus ettevõttel müüa teistesse Euroopa riikidesse ning selle tegevusega ka jätkatakse.

      2026.aastal jätkab osaühing õun- ja luuviljaliste puuviljade ning köögiviljade kasvatamisega ning uute toodete arendamise, müügi ja kliendibaasi laiendamisega.

      Aruandeaasta müügitulu oli 2025 aastal 346425 eurot .

      Ettevõttes töötas aruandeaastal keskmiselt 5 töölepinguga töötajat, töötasufond koos sotsiaalmaksudega oli 146378 eurot. Juhatus koosneb ühest liikmest, juhatuse liikmele tasu ja muid soodustusi 2025 aastal ei makstud.

      Ettevõte panustab jätkuvalt tootmisprotsessi efektiivsuse tõstmisesse. Aruandeaastal investeeriti uute põhivarade soetamisele kokku 991 101 eurot.

      Peamised tegevuskeskkonda mõjutavad tegurid olid 2025. aastal toorainega toimunud muudatused. Tooraine ja energeetiliste ressursside hinnamuutused Eestis mõjutavad oluliselt toodete hindu. Oluline on optimaalne hinnapoliitika ja tootmise efektiivsus. Valuutakursi oluline risk ettevõttel puudub kuna tehingud toimuvad peamiselt eurodes.

      Osaühing Vinkymon on tegutsev ning järgmisel majandusaastal jätkab oma põhitegevusalal.
