      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Ettevõte loodi 2012. aastal, eesmärgiga pakkuda turul uut tüüpi kvaliteetset fassaadi hooldus teenust Eestis. Läbi aastate oleme palju arenenud. Täna teostame erinevaid fassaaditöid nii Eestis kui ka Soomes.

      Meie visiooniks on olla fassaadide soojustamise ja hoolduse valdkonnas professionaalseim ehitusettevõte Põhjamaades.

      Meie põhiteenused: • fassaadide soojustamine erinevate süsteemsete lahendustega, • fassaadide krohvimine ja renoveerimine, • fassaadide hooldustööd.

      Fassaadide soojustamisel pakume erinevaid lahendusi. Pool kogu tööde mahust moodustab soojusisolatsiooni liitsüsteem (SILS) ning kasvavas tempos on töömahust pea teine pool tuulutatavad fassaadisüsteemid, mille kattematerjalid on väga erinevad – puit, naturaalkivi (nt graniit, dolomiit jmt), kõrgsurvelaminaatplaadid, tsementkiudplaadid, alumiiniumkomposiitplaadid ja samuti ka fassaadi kangad.

      Hooldustöid teeme põhiliselt bioloogilise saastega (vetikas, sammal, hallitus jne) määrdunud soojustatud ja soojustamata fassaadidele.

      Fassaadi hooldustööde hulka kuulub: • probleemi põhjuste väljaselgitamine ja nende alusel pakutav renoveerimislahendus, mis aitab saavutada kestva tulemuse.

      • pesu, mida teeme keskkonnahoidlikul viisil, • värvimine, mis tagab pleekimiskindla ja püsiva viimistluskihi,

      Märtsis 2013. a avati filiaal Soome Vabariigis Deckol Nord OÜ Sivuliike Suomessa.

      2025. aastal teostati eriliigilisi fassaaditöid Eestis ja Soomes.

      2025. aastal olid Eestis meie suurimateks partneriteks OÜ Tallinna Ehitustrust, OÜ Pro

      Kapital Engineering ja BILDGREN Ehitus OÜ. Eestis langes käive 35,6% võrreldes 2024 aastaga ning tegevus oli kahjumis.

      Soomes on meie partneriteks Soome suurimad ehitusettevõtjad nt. SRV Rakennus Oy, NCC

      Suomi OY ja Ron Stone Oy. Tulenevalt Soome ehitusturu kehvast seisust, tänu millele on meie käive viimastel aastatel langenud. 2025 aasta ei olnud erand – käive langes 12,2% võrreldes 2024 aastaga ning seekord mõjutas ka tulemit - tegevus oli kahjumis.

      Finantstulemused

      Kogu ettevõtte aruandeaasta käive oli 3 355 778 eurot, mis langes 31,5% võrreldes 2024.

      aastaga. Müügitulust moodustas Eestis teenuse osutamine 77,6% ja Soomes teenuse osutamine 22,4%.
