      Ülevaade majandustegevusest

      Aruandeaastal oli Baltic Marine Bunker AS põhitegevus peatatud.

      Aruandeaastal netokäive puudus (2024: 11 tuhat eurot).

      Kuni juulini 2024.a. oli AS Baltic Marine Bunker (edaspidi: BMB) 100% aktsiate omanikuks sanktsioonide all olev äriühing Gazpromneft Marine

      Bunker LLC, kelle esindajad kuulusid ka omaniku esindajana ka BMB nõukogusse.

      Juunis 2024 võõrandas Gazpromneft Marine Bunker LLC kõik BMB aktsiad Araabia Ühendemiraatides registreeritud ettevõttele Alfa Biz

      L.L.C.-FZ-le.

      Juhiseid ettevõtte aktiivse äritegevuse jätkamiseks ei ole BMB juhatus uuelt omanikult saanud, otsust ettevõtte tegevuse lõpetamisest ja likvideerimisest ei ole langetatud.

      BMB juhatuse liikme tähtajaline leping lõppes 31.12.2024 ja töölepingud töötajatega on lõpetatud. Juhatuse liige jätkas 2025.a. tööd töölepingu alusel.

      Järgmise majandusaasta eesmärgid - oodata omaniku otsust (tegevuse jätkamine või likvideerimismenetlus).

      Ettevõtet iseloomustavad peamised finantssuhtarvud on järgmised: 2025 2024

      Puhas käibekapital (käibekapital-lühiajalised kohustused) 2 198 201 2 419 116 eurodes

      Lühiajalise võlgnevuse kattekordaja 174,86 59,36 (käibevara / lühiajalised kohustused)

      EBITDA (ärikasum- amortisatsioon) -220 915 -808 805 eurodes

      Omakapitali rentaablus % -9,57 -27 37 (puhaskasum/keskmine omakapital*100)
