KT Varahaldus OÜ tegutseb alates 2012. aastast.

Ettevõtte peamiseks tegevusalaks on investeerimine ja investeeringute juhtimine. 2023 jätkati tütarettevõtetele erinevate tugiteenuste pakkumist.

2024. aastal soovitakse ettevõtte tegevust laiendada. Plaanis suuremad investeeringud äritarkvara uuendamisse. Samuti plaanis investeeringud teistes äriühingutes osaluste omandamiseks.
