      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Sissejuhatus

      T&T Rakennus OÜ peamine tegevusala on ehitus –ja remonttööd Soome Vabariigis.

      Juhatus märgib, et T&T Rakennus OÜ juhtkonnal ei ole alust arvata, et on tulemas tegevusi, mis seaks ohtu ettevõtte tegevuse jätkuvuse 12 kuu jooksul aruandekuupäevast. T&T Rakennus OÜ juhatus peab ettevõtet jätkuvalt tegutsevaks ning olulised keskkonnaalased mõjud aruande koostamise hetkel tegevustes puuduvad.

      Majandusaastal ja aruande koostamise perioodil valuutakursside ja intressimäärade muutumisega seonduvad riskid aruandele olulist mõju ei avaldanud, samuti puuduvad neid riske kandvad varad ja kohustised.

      2024. aastal oli ettevõtte müügitulu 78 828 (2023: 91 085) eurot. Müügitulust moodustas müük Soome Vabariiki 100%. T&T Rakennus OÜ lõpetas majandusaasta kasumiga summas 17 208 (2023: 25 829) eurot.

      Ettevõtte juhatus koosneb 1 liikmest: Janek Tippel ning keskmine töötajate arv majandusaastal oli 1 töötaja.

      T&T Rakennus OÜ põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal on tegevuse jätkamine samades tegevusvaldkondades.
