      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Üldinfo

      Scandinor OÜ põhitegevuseks on akende ja uste restaureerimine ja paigaldus. Ettevõte on loodud 2012. aastal. Tegevuspiirkonnaks on Eesti

      Vabariik ja Soome Vabariik.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2025.aastal moodustas Scandinor OÜ müügitulu 3 701 870 eurot (2024: 4 449 428 eurot). Scandinor OÜ 2025.a. müügitulust moodustas 19.27% müük Eestisse (2024: 18.97%), 80.73% müük Soome (2024: 77.05%) ja 0% müük Rootsi (2024:3.92%).

      Ettevõte ja inimesed

      Scandinor OÜ juhatus koosneb ühest liikmest. Juhatuse liikmele on alates 2015 aastast töötasu makstud. 2025 aastal juhatuse liikme töötasu kulud olid summas 29 555 eurot (2024: 38 572 eurot).

      Tegevusplaanid 2026. aastal:

      Ettevõte plaanib alustada puidust akende ja uste seeriatootmisega ning tuua turule Eestis toodetud, sertifitseeritud ja CE-märgistatud kvaliteettoodangut, mis vastab kõigile Euroopa Liidu ohutus-, tervise- ja keskkonnakaitsenõuetele.

      Järgnevateks aastateks on võetud eesmärgiks kasvatada veelgi ekspordi osakaalu ning laieneda ka teistesse Skandinaaviamaadesse, nagu

      Rootsi, Taani ja Norra. Samuti planeerime 2027.aastaks rajada Kuusallu puidutööstuslinnaku, mille osaks on uus tootmisüksus ning kõrvalettevõtted, mis võimaldavad vähendada sisseostetud teenuste mahtu. Linnakuga luuakse esialgu 120 töökohta.

      Uue tootmisüksuse rajamine võimaldab ettevõttel suurendada puittoodete tootmismahtu ja siseneda jõuliselt ettevõtte jaoks täiesti uude ärivaldkonda. Uue hoone ning seadmetepargiga planeeritakse peamiselt suurendada uute puitakende ja -uste tootmismahtu, mis tähendab lisaks suurt investeeringut puidutöötlus- ja viimistlusseadmetesse. Tootmisega plaanitakse alustada 2028. aastal.
