      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Luigand tegeleb ehitus- ja remonttööde teostamisega. Ettevõte asutati 03. september 2012 aastal ja on Eesti kapitalil tegutsev ettevõte.

      Töötajaid on kokku 1, kes on ühtlasi ka ettevõtte omanik. Peamisteks tegevusteks on ehitusteenuste osutamine Eesti Vabariigis. Osaühing ei oma kinnisvara. Osaühingu töö paremaks korraldamiseks otsustati osta transpordi vahend objektide vahel liikumiseks.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2024. aastal moodustas müügitulu 44 603 eurot.

      Luigand OÜ müügitulust moodustas 100% teenuse osutamine Eesti Vabariigi klientidele.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks aastaks

      OÜ Luigand põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal on jätkata oma teenuste täiustamist ning laiendamist, pakkudes seeläbi võimalikult kvaliteetset teenust, et suurendada oma käivet ja kasumit, mis aitaks suurendada ka omakapitali. Vajadusel teha sisemakseid osakapitali, et suurendada ettevõtte netovara.
