      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Mapek Projekt OÜ esmaskanne on tehtud Harju maakohtu registris 07.09.2012. Osaühing on ümber kujundatud usaldusühingust 21.01.2013.

      2019. aastal muudeti ettevõtte nime, uueks ärinimeks märgiti Mapserv OÜ.

      2020.aastal ühines Mapserv OÜ (ühendav ühing) ja Swedpartner OÜ (ühendatav ühing). Ühinemise tagajärjel lõpetas Swedpartner OÜ tegevuse ning see kustutati 03.03.2020 Äriregistrist. Ühingutevahelised nõuded ja kohustused likvideeriti.

      Mapserv OÜ peamiseks tegevusvaldkonnaks on elamute ja mitteeluhoonete ehitus (EMTAK 41201).

      2023. aasta oli ettevõttele edukas ning seda näitab ka aasta jooksul saadud kasum. Eestis on suudetud saada üks suurem klient, kellele on aastaläbi ka tööd tehtud. Töös oli ka mitmeid teisi suuremaid ja väiksemaid projekte.

      2024. aasta eesmärgiks on leida juurde uusi kliente, et saavutada stabiilne käibe kasv ja võimalusel palgata lisatööjõudu.

      Ettevõtja on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
