      Osaühing alustas tegevust 24.09.2012.a .

      Osaühing VMK Grupp tegeleb keemiakaupade müügiga.

      Aruandeaasta müügitulu oli 1 449 eurot (2022.a 1 884 eurot) ning aasta lõpetasime kasumiga summas 163 eurot (2022. a 951 eurot).

      Järgmisel majandusaastal plaanime jätkata keemiakaupade müügiga ning suurendada jooksvalt müügitulusid. Majandusaasta aruande esitamise hetkel on omakapital alla Äriseadustikus nõutud taseme. 2024 aastal tegime ära osakapitali sissemakse ning suurendasime müügitulusid ning oleme jõudnud Äriseadustikus nõutud tasemele.
