      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Kaubaplats OÜ, edaspidi Osaühing, asutati 11. jaanuaril 2013.

      2024. aastal keskendus ettevõte kinnisvara ostule ja müügile (EMTAK 68111 – enda kinnisvara ost-müük) ning alustas tegevust finantsinvesteeringute valdkonnas. Sellel perioodil ei kasutatud palgalist tööjõudu, juhatuse liikmetele tasusid ei makstud ning erakorralisi kompensatsioone ei arvestatud.

      2025. aastaks on Osaühingu plaan jätkata seniseid tegevusi, keskendudes nii kinnisvara ostu-müügile kui ka finantsinvesteeringutele, et tagada ettevõtte edasine kasv ja areng.
