      OÜ MeresmaaFoto on 100% erakapitalil põhinev osaühing. OÜ MeresmaaFoto põhitegevusala on fototeenuste osutamine.

      OÜ MeresmaaFoto majandusarvestuse üldine korraldus ja aruandluse esitamise alused põhinevad Eesti Vabariigi majandusarvestust reguleerival seadusandlusel ( Äriseadustik, EV Raamatupidamise seadus, maksustamist reguleeriv seadusandlus) ja heal raamatupidamistaval.

      2024 aastal planeerime jätkuvalt analüüsida pakutavate teenuseliikide tasuvust, juurutada uusi teenuseliike ja täiendada mõneti kliendibaasi.

      2023 aruandeaasta müügitulu oli 154 105 eurot. Aruandeaasta lõpuks oli osaühingu bilansimaht 123 545 eurot.

      2023 aastal töötas ettevõttes keskmiselt kaks inimest, kellele arvestati töötasu kogusummas 38 119 eurot. Aruandeperioodil juhatajale tema tegevuse eest tasu ei arvestatud.
