      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Xaas OÜ, reg nr 12419129, asutati 2013. aastal. Põhitegevusaladeks olid tarkvara arendus, IT alased konsultatsioonid ning arvutisüsteemide ja andmebaaside haldus. 2023a alguses ettevõtte töömaht oluliselt vähenes.

      2024a alguses otsustas juhtkond ettevõtte likvideerida ning kustutada registrist 2024. aastal.

      Likvideerimismenetluse lõppedes puudub ühingul jaotuskõlblik vara, osakapitali osanikele ei tagastata
