      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      DeltaE Inseneribüroo pakub energia-, ressursi- ja keskkonnatõhususe täislahendusi äriklientidele. Meie projektid on suunatud lahendustele, kus tasuvusaeg jääb alla viie aasta juurde ning on võimalik saavutada kuni 90% kokkuhoidu. Tänaseks on DeltaE juhtiv energia- ja ressursitõhususe täislahendusi pakkuv ettevõtte Eestis. Ligi neljakümnest tippinsenerist koosneva meeskonnana lahendatakse kõik probleemid järgmistes valdkondades: auditeerimine, elekter, valgustus, küte-ventilatsioon-jahutus, hooneautomaatika, mõõtmis- ja seiresüsteemid, päikeseenergeetika ning suruõhk.

      DeltaE tegevus toetab süsinikneutraalsuse saavutamist ning seisab taastumatute maavarade efektiivse kasutamise ning maksimaalse keskkonna kokkuhoiu saavutamise eest. DeltaE tegutseb ärikinnisvara objektidega ning põhilised kliendisegmendid on tööstus, ärikinnisvara, kohalik omavalitsus ning ehitus- ja kinnisvaraarendus.

      Ettevõte sai tänavu kaheteistkümne aastaseks ning läbi ajaloo oleme teostanud tuhandeid projekte ja aidanud energia säästmise viia paljude kinnisvaraomanike jaoks uuele tasemele. Tunnustuseks pälviti ettevõtet aasta Gaselli tiitliga. Ettevõtte peamised saavutused 2024 aastal olid: • käibemahtude kasvatamine; • energiakriisi leevendamine ärikinnisvaras; • koolitusprogrammi läbiviimine, et suurendada teadlikkust energia kokkuhoius; • kõrgete energiahindade valguses klientide koolitamine ja parimate lahenduste leidmine; • uue automaatikaplatvormi täiendamine ja valdkondade sidumine terviksüsteemiks; • üle 10 uue inimese värbamine, et töömahtudega kaasas käia; • automaatikaplatvormi täiendamine börsihinna järgi juhtimise ja võimsuse reguleerimise funktsioonidega; • uute hoonete projekteerimis- ja ehitusprotsessi toetamine parima energiatõhususe saavutamiseks; • uue seiresüsteemi arendus, et hallata ärikinnisvara energeetikat - SEIRESÜSTEEM.

      2024. aasta numbrites: • käive 4,48 M€, kasv 20% • lõpetatud projektide koguarv ca 2300
