The Company Story
We are a B2B design consultation that works with teams of public sector institutions, non-profit organisations and private companies to design human-based digital solutions and services. Our approach is human, strategic and practical: the aim is to create solutions that truly meet the people for whom they are intended.
Often digital solutions are born that do not reflect actual user needs; the organisation may lack the know-how to implement human-dimensional design and strategic choices remain uncertain. Without rapid prototypes and real user experiments, learning will become slow and risky.
We work on project-based advice and training: we help to clarify and confirm strategies, conduct user studies, design digital experiences and brand touches, test ideas using prototypes, and enhance teams' ability to use human-dimensional practices. Our work supports better decision-making and faster learning.
In terms of practical, research-oriented and collaborative work model, which combines design thinking with the Lean and Agile principles. This will help reduce implementation risks, speed up learning cycles and better link the organisation's strategy to the real needs of users. We work to ensure that customers are confident and able to design services that work for people.
