      EESTI DONUTS OÜ on Eesti erakapitalil põhinev ettevõte, mis alustas oma tegevust 10.05.2013. aastal ärinimega ÖSEL OÜ.

      2017. aastal muudeti ettevõtte ärinimi EESTI DONUTS OÜ-ks.

      2023. aastal kujunes käibeks 409 823 (2022: 458 857) eurot.

      2022. aasta majandustulemuseks oli ettevõttel kasum 7 319 (2022: 13 793) eurot.

      EESTI DONUTS OÜ juhatus koosneb kahest juhatuse liikmest. Juhatuse liikmetele 2023. aastal juhatuse liikme tasu ei makstud, samuti ei ole juhatuse liikmetega sõlmitud kokkuleppeid erisoodustuste ega lahkumistasude kohta. Juhatuse liikmetele hüvitiste maksmist ja ametist lahkumisel või tagasi kutsumisel ettenähtud ei ole.

      Aruandeaasta lõpus töötas EESTI DONUTS OÜ-s 2 (2022: 3) töötaja. Töötajatele makstud palkade kogusumma koos sotsiaalmaksu ja töötuskindlustusmaksetega oli 40 442 (2022: 43 058) eurot.
