      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Üldandmed

      OÜ RTG Teed on asutatud 2013. aastal. Ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on elektri- ja sidetrasside ehitus ning horisontaalpuurimistööde teostamine.

      Tegevus ja personal 2025. aastal jätkas OÜ RTG Teed tegevust oma põhitegevusalal. Ettevõte osutas elektri- ja sidetrasside ehituse ning horisontaalpuurimise teenuseid üle Eesti. Aruandeaastal töötas ettevõttes kolm töölepingu alusel töötavat töötajat. Ettevõtte juhtimisülesandeid täitsid juhatuse liikmed. Juhatuse liikmetele 2025. aastal juhatuse liikme tasu ega muid olulisi soodustusi ei makstud.

      Majandustulemused 2025. aastal kujunes OÜ RTG Teed müügituluks 476 518 eurot, mis võrreldes eelmise aastaga suurenes 17,9% (2024. aastal 404 310 eurot).

      Ettevõtte aruandeaasta puhaskasumiks kujunes 4 190 eurot (2024. aastal kahjum 81 462 eurot).

      Majandustulemuste paranemisele aitas kaasa müügitulu kasv ning tegevuskulude vähenemine võrreldes eelmise aastaga.

      Väljavaated 2026. aastal plaanib OÜ RTG Teed jätkata tegevust elektri- ja sidetrasside ehituse ning horisontaalpuurimise valdkonnas. Ettevõtte eesmärk on säilitada olemasolevad kliendisuhted, parandada seadmete ja tehnika kasutamise efektiivsust.

      Juhtkonna hinnangul on ettevõtte finantsseisund stabiilne ning olemasolevad ressursid võimaldavad jätkata tegevust jätkusuutlikult ka järgneval majandusaastal.
