The Company Story
We believe that good bread is a daily luxury: it is domestic, nutritious and generates heat on the table. Our small-scale breadwork is based on a peasant approach and the joy of practice - bread is made in a simple and friendly way under the guidance of the owner.
Many people do not have time or experience to cook home bread themselves, while bread is needed both for everyday use and for parties, gifts or markets. Also, special solutions are often sought - sugar-free, seasonal or flavoured options - which are not always offered by the regular store.
We produce and offer local, home-smelled bread through market, event and direct sales channels and make traditional and special publications available. In addition, we share prescriptions and practical instructions so that interested parties can understand and test the baking of bread themselves.
The personal touch of the owner, the association of traditions and practical skills, and the desire to keep the bread available in everyday life and at special moments make us different. We work to ensure that handmade bread is an easy part of the community's everyday and festive tables.
