      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Oskuskoolitus OÜ on 2013.a Tartus asutatud ettevõte, mille põhitegevusala on täiendkoolituste läbiviimine.

      Oskuskoolitus OÜ eesmärk on parandada Eestis tööohutuse kvaliteeti. Meie arvates mõistavad liiga vähesed tööandjad, kuidas tööohutuse kvaliteet mõjutab omakorda töö kvaliteeti ning üldkokkuvõttes tõstab ettevõtte konkurentsivõimet.

      Oskuskoolitus OÜ viib läbi koolitusi eesti, vene ja inglise keeles nii Eestis kui lähiriikides. Meie koolitustelt saab töötaja sisukad, edasist iseseisvat arengut soodustavad teadmised oma õigustest ja kohustustest töökohal. Me ei nõusta ja koolita ainult töötajaid, vaid ka ettevõtete juhte, tööohutusspetsialiste ja inimesi, kes soovivad töötada välismaal. Oleme leidnud viisid, kuidas teha end nähtavaks messidel, konverentsidel ja internetis.

      Aasta 2023 möödus uuenduste tähe all. Oleme juurutanud uusi koolitusi, millesarnaseid viime läbi ainukesena Eestis. Samuti on laienenud olemasolevate koolituste maht.

      Oskuskoolitus OÜs töötab täiskohaga 6 inimest. Ettevõtte käive kasvas eelmise aastaga võrreldes 30 tuhande euro võrra, ulatudes 2023.a 0,45 miljoni euroni. Arvestades praegust keerulist majanduslikku olukorda paljudes valdkondades, mis mõjutavad otseselt ka Oskuskoolituse tegevust, jäi ärikasum ootuspäraselt varasema aastaga võrreldes väiksemaks, olles 2023.a 49,7 tuhat eurot.
