      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Siilaku Agro OÜ põhitegevus 2024.a. oli piimakarjakasvatus Eestis, netokäive 124 726 eurot. Vähesel määral osutati ka teenust Eestis (netokäive 82 eurot).

      2024.a. soetati taheorgaanika laotur ja rullipress põllumajandustegevuse paremaks toimimiseks.

      Seoses uue tehnika olemasoluga loodame 2025.a. toodangu mahtu suurendada.

      EMTAK-i järgi oli põhitegevuse valdkond 01411 (piimakarjakasvatus).

      Osaühingu juhtimise eest tasu ei ole makstud.

      Töötasu üldsumma 2024.a. oli 16 401 eurot. Töötajate keskmine arv oli 1.

      Siilaku Agro OÜ-l oli seisuga 31.12.2024.a. omakapital 306 489 eurot.

      Potensiaalne tulumaksukohustis bilansipäeva seisuga, mis tekiks maksimaalselt väljamakstavate dividendide väljakuulutamisega on 59 882 eurot.

      Tegevjuhtkond kinnitab majandusaasta aruandes esitatud andmete õigsust ja täielikkust, selhulgas seda, et raamatupidamise aastaaruanne koostati kooskõlas RP seaduse § 17 lõikes 1 nimetatud finantsaruandluse standariga ning see kajastab asjakohast ja tõepäraselt esitatud informatsiooni raamatupidamiskohuslase finantsseisundi ja -tulemuse kohta.
