      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      2022.a. OÜ Colvex lõpetas aktiivse ehitus tegevuse.

      Kulud on optimeeritud . Tootmisvahendite amortiseerimine lõppeb 2025 aastal, töökorras tootmisvahendeid enam ei ole.

      Töötajaid oü s ei ole.

      Kuna ikka veel ei saadud MTA-ga ajatamise suhtes kokkuleppele, andis MTA nõude üle kohtutäiturile ja nüüd kajastub maksuameti nõuete saldos 36,6 tuhat eurot topeltnõudena.

      Hankijatega käivad pidevad suhtlused arvete maksmiseks. Selleks kasutati ka 2022 detsembri lõpus omaniku poolt antud väikest laenu. Samas on omanik mitmeid arveid ja auto kap rendi intresse tasunud lihtsalt oma rahakotist.

      Omaniku rahadest tasuti ka Kreditexi laen jääk summas 2800 €

      Pankrotti välja ei kuulutata, kuna ka see toiming nõuab rahalisi vahendeid ning.kuna tegu on sissemakstud osakapitaliga summas 2500 EUR, siis ei ole soovi lasta ettevõtet paknkrotti

      Pikemas plaanis on olukord lahendada 2025 aasta lõpuks.

      Seni proovime ellu jääda negatiivse omakapitaliga, rahavoogudes lootes ka uuele omaniku laenule.
