      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Sissejuhatus

      Project V OÜ oli registreeritud 2013.aastal. Osaühingu põhitegevusalaks on Hoonete üldpuhastus.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2023 aastal müügitulu moodustas 44402 eurot. Kasumiks on 12 eurot.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks 2024.a. plaanis on laiendada teenuste pakkumist.

      Turu-uuringute põhjal on plaanis suurendada teenuste müüki 15 % võrra.

      Majanduskriisi mõjud

      Juhtkond on hinnanud globaalse likviidsuskriisi ja sellega kaasnenud üldise majanduskriisi mõjusid Ettevõtte äritegevusele. Juhtkonna hinnangul on olulisemateks lühi- ja pikaajalisemateks ohtudeks: (cid:127) deebitoride võimalikud makseraskused võivad kaasa tuua Ettevõtte nõuete väärtuse languse ning varasemast suuremad allahindluskahjumid; (cid:127) Ettevõttel ei pruugi olla võimalik saada mõistliku hinnaga finantseerimisallikaid investeerimisplaanide täitmiseks tingimustel, mis vastaksid olemasolevate laenude tingimustele; (cid:127) langenud nõudluse/finantsturgude ebalikviidsuse tõttu võib Ettevõtte varade väärtus langeda; Juhtkonnal ei ole võimalik usaldusväärselt ennustada, milline on majanduskriisi mõju Ettevõtte tegevusele ja finantspositsioonile.
