      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Osaunhing Avaliku Esinemise Akadeemia on asutatud 25.09.2013. Käesolev aruanne kajastab perioodi 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023. 2020. aastal muutus ettevõtte nimi (varasemalt Public Speaking Academy OÜ).

      Osaunhing tegeleb avaliku esinemise ja kommunikatsioonioskuste (sh ettekannete ja esitluste tegemine, meeskonnatöö, läbirääkimised, videotreeningud, ajajuhtimine jpm) koolitamisega, seminaride ja kursuste läbiviimisega, õppematerjalide koostamisega, mentorluse ja nõustamisega. Lisaks tegeleb unhing strateegilise planeerimise ja juhtimisalaste projektide nõustamisega, sh kultuurivaldkonna ja loomemajanduse projektidega nii Eestis kui rahvusvaheliselt. Ettevõte on registreerinud majandustegevuseteatise nr 190757 Eesti Hariduse

      Infosunsteemis. Meeskonnatöö ja koolituse osana tegutseb osaunhing ka veinikultuuri teemaliste sunndmuste läbiviimisega, sh veinidegustatsioonide korraldamisega ning veinikoolituste läbiviimisega. Osaunhingu omanik ja juht Ragnar Siil on ka Eesti Sommeljeede

      Assotsiatsiooni Liige.

      2023. aastal korraldati koolitusi ja viidi ellu nõustamisprojekte. Koolitusi ja projekte viidi läbi peamiselt Eestis, aga ka rahvusvahelistele klientidele. Kvalitatiivne hüpe toimus seoses koostöös Loov Paik OÜga, kelle koolitusruumides korraldab Avaliku Esinemise Akadeemia mitmeid koolitusi ja üritusi.

      Suuremate klientide hulka kuulusid Change Partners (riigi kesksete koolituste läbiviimisel KESTA programmi raames), Tervise Arengu Instituut (kellega koostöös koostati veebipõhine koolitusprogramm esinemisoskuste arendamiseks sisekoolitajatele), Rahandusministeerium, Tallinna

      Linnakantselei, Eesti Keele Instituut, TalTech, Estonian Business School, Creative Armenia, Ars Baltica, Delfi Grupp jt.

      2024. aastal on ettevõttel kavas jätkata tegevust põhitegevusaladel, sh veinikoolituste pakkumisel.

      Aruandeperioodil keskmine töötajate arv oli 1, kelleks oli juhatuse liige. Põhiliselt tegelevad koolituste läbiviimisega ja muude teenuste osutamisega unhingu juhatuse liige ja lepingulised koostööpartnerid.
