      GIGABLD OÜ (endise nimega LOOV EHITUS OÜ) on 2013 aastal asutatud ehitusettevõte, mis veel 2017. aasta esimesel kvartalil tegi käivet ca 138 000 € ja andis tööd 14 inimesele. Ettevõtte käibemaksukohustus peatati aga 2017. aasta mais. Selleks ajaks oli tekkinud pea 56 000 eurone maksuvõlg, mille maksmine käis ettevõtte asutajal ja toonasel juhatuse liikmel Tiit Karul vist üle jõu. Mingil põhjusel otsustas ta igal juhul ettevõtte hüljata, jättes selle filipiinlasest e-residendi Erza Jane Maranda Gasoci* hoole alla. Viimane pole, nagu ikka, ettevõtte käekäiku mingilgi moel sekkunud ning maksuvõlg kogub rahumeelselt intressi – tänaseks on seda kogunenud ligi 12 000 eurot. Ettevõttel on loomulikult esitamata ka 2016. aasta majandusaasta aruanne ning paar deklaratsiooni.
