      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Sissejuhatus

      Berfin OÜ asutati 2015 aastal. Ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on raamatupidamise ja konsultatsiooni teenus ja kinnisvarainvesteringud.

      Meie ettevõtte eesmärgiks on pakkuda teenust, mis on väga kõrge kvaliteediga. Kõrge kvaliteet tuleneb oskustest ja kogemustest.

      Seega Berfin OÜ teostab teenuseid, mis vastavad nii Eesti kui Euroopa Liidu standartidele.

      Olulisi uurimis- ja arendusprojekte 2024 aastal ei olnud aga on kavandatud järgnevaks aastaks.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2024 aasta moodustas Berfin OÜ müügitulu 115 548 eur. 2023 aastal müügitulu moodustas 117 825 eurot ning muud äritulud 2024 olid kokku 6645 eur ja 2023 aastal olid kokku 265 eurot..

      Berfin OÜ tegevuskulud olid 31 416 eur aastal 2024 ning 2023 aastal moodustasid kokku 60 762 eurot.

      2024.aasta moodustab kasum 14 173 eurot. 2023 majandusaasta tulemusena oli kahjum kokku summas 17 066 eurot.

      Mingeid soodustusi ja garantiisid juhatuse liikmetele tagasiastumisel või tähtaja möödumisel ette nähtud ei ole.

      Töötajate keskmine arv 2024. aastal oli 3 ning palgakulu koos sotsiaalmaksuga 58 009 eurot . 2023 aasta keskmine töötajate arv oli 2 ja palgakulu koos sotsiaalmaksuga 44 893 eurot.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      Berfin OÜ põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal jätkata oma põhitegevusalaga finantsvaldkonnas ning arendada tegevust kinnisvara valdkonnas. Plaanime investeerida turu uuringusse ning plaanime soetada kinnisvara. Juhatuse liige eesmärgiks aastaks 2025 on maksimeerida oma äri kasumit, täiustada ja arendada pakutatavate teenuste kvaliteedi. Kvaliteedi täiustamise kaudu ettevõtte turupositsiooni säilitamine ja kindlustamine olemasoleval turul. Samuti on lootust leida uusi äripartnereid, mis annavad võimalust proovida ennast ja näidata oma professionaalsust.
