Estonian Clean Houses Ltd was established in 2013. The main activity of Estonian Clean Houses Ltd is the clean development of homes and commercial real estate across Estonia.

In 2022, apartments were developed and sold in Tartu at Klaose 13 and 15, row houses in Pärnu at Vastla 2a and in Haaslava parish at Pargi tee 5. The sale of warehouse boxes in Kambja parish at Mingi tee 5 was started.
