      Rohu Investment Group OÜ 2024. majandusaastal majandustegevust ei teinud. Ettevõte ei saanud aruandeaastal üüritulu ega muid tulusid ning kulusid ei olnud. Ettevõttel ei olnud töötajaid.

      Ettevõtte omakapital oli aruandeaasta lõpus nulli lähedal ja alla poole osakapitalist. Juhatus on sellest teadlik ning plaanib omakapitali taastamist tulevaste perioodide kasumi ja/või omaniku täiendavate sissemaksete kaudu.

      Juhatusel on plaan jätkata ettevõtte aktiivse tegevusega alates 2025. aasta lõpu poole, kuid uuel ärisuunal. Senise kinnisvarapõhise tegevuse asemel kavandatakse keskendumist digitaalsete teenuste pakkumisele (sh veebipõhised lahendused ja muud digitaalsed teenused), eesmärgiga luua skaleeritav ja rahavoopõhine äri.
