      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Makitom OÜ on asutatud 30.12.2013. Planeeritud põhitegevusalad oli ehitusseadmete ja -tarvikute rentimine. 2015 aastal toimus ettevõtte jagunemine. Jagunemise leping on sõlmitud 29.01.2015, otsus on vastu võetud 29.01.2015 ja registrikanne tehtud. 2023 aastal Ettevõtel põhitegevusalal majandustegevus puudus.

      2023. aastal Ettvõtel palgalisi töötajaid ei olnud. Juhatuse liikmele tasusid ei makstud ja juhatusellikme lepingu lõppemisel kompensatsioone ja hüvitusi ettenähtud ei ole.

      2024. aastal plaanivad omanikud ettevõtte likvideerida.
