3D-failide loomine — tootmiseks valmis 3D-mudelid ja täpne CAD-disain

3D-failide loomine tagab ideedest praktiseeritavad ja tootmiseks valmis 3D-mudelid, mis vähendavad printimisvigu ja kiirendavad prototüübi valmimist. Täpne CAD-disain arvestab materjali, tolerantside ja tootmismeetoditega, et üle minna prototüübist sujuvalt seeriatootmisse.

Mis on 3D-failide loomine?

Teenuse käigus muudetakse proovide, visandite või kirjelduse põhjal kontseptsioonid täpseteks 3D-mudeliteks ning eksporditavateks prototüüpide failideks. Mudelid valmistatakse vastavalt tootmiseks sobivale standardile ja kontrollitakse valmistatavuse (DFM) seisukohast, et minimeerida iteratsioone ja tootmiskulusid.
