      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Aero Motors OÜ põhitegevuseks 2025. aastal oli sõidukite varuosade müük.

      Aero Motors OÜ alustas tegevust 2014. aastal autovaruosade e-kaubanduse müügiportaali loomisega, sõlmiti lepingud mitmete välistarnijatega.

      2025. majandusaastal jätkati aktiivset müüki internetis.

      Müügitulu teeniti 2025. majandusaastal 31 087 783 eurot ( 2024. aasta müügitulu oli 23 660 323 eurot). Lõppenud majandusaasta kasumiks kujunes 1 600 840 eurot (2024. aasta lõppes kasumiga summas 1 526 905 eurot).

      Aero Motors OÜ juhatus koosneb kahest liikmest.

      Eesti ja Euroopa majanduskeskkonda iseloomustas 2025. aastal järkjärguline taastumine pärast eelnevate aastate keerulisi olusid.

      Majanduskasvu toetas inflatsiooni aeglustumine ja intressimäärade alanemine, samas mõjutasid ettevõtluskeskkonda jätkuvalt geopoliitilised pinged, ebakindlus välisturgudel ning rahvusvaheliste tarneahelatega seotud riskid. Vaatamata keerulisele väliskeskkonnale suutis ettevõte edukalt kohaneda turutingimustega ning saavutada väga head majandustulemused. Juhtkonna hinnangul ei ole teada asjaolusid, mis võiksid oluliselt mõjutada ettevõtte tegevust või finantstulemusi 2026. aastal.

      2026. aastal on plaanis kasvatada müügitulu, suurendada automatiseerituse taset süsteemides läbi investeeringute arendusse ja seadmetesse ning parandada ettevõtte üldist organiseeritust.
