Sissejuhatus

Kvmeister OÜ on 2014.aastal asutatud ettevõte, mille põhitegevuseks on hoonehalduse abitegevused.

Müük 2024. aastal oli Kvmeister OÜ-u müügitulu 222 771 eurot (2023. aastal 212 838 eurot). Võrreldes 2023. aastaga hoonehalduse turg oli samas suurusjärgus.

Personal

Aruandeperioodi lõpus töötas Kvmeister OÜ-s 1 inimene (2023. aasta lõpus 2). Keskmine töötajate arv oli 1 ja temale välja arvestatud palkade ja lisatasude summa oli 21 843 eurot.

Investeeringud

Aruandeperioodil tegi ettevõte väheseid investeeringuid põhivarasse.

Kasum

Ettevõte 2024. aasta kasum oli 86 575 eurot (2023. aastal oli kasum 47 003 eurot).

Seoses kõrgete intressimäärade ja Ukraina-Venemaa sõjalise konfliktiga on äärmiselt raske ennustada turu positiivset reaktsiooni aastaks 2025.
